Red face And who does not love Pre-Searing

I always loved Pre-Searing and always wanted to start a new character to leave them in Pre-Searing to hang around helping out. Now with the added changes coming today now seems to be the time to create my character. Questions is what primary and secondary class should I choose concerning the limited skills in Pre-Searing?

I wanted to get everybody's thoughts on combination they would pick or from the hardcore that are all ready done this? and why you choose this combination?

Ranger and warrior are good for pre-sear characters. they are fairly durable, have good self-heals, and also can obtain max weapons from buying a bonus pack thing.

They all work great. But the Ele and the Ranger are the best at solo'ing I suppose.

Definitely Ranger, especially if you have the Game of the Year upgrade for the max bow. Of course, there's still the trouble of getting from level 7 to 10 so you can start the dailies...

Personally I favor warrior, with ranger secondary for pet and Troll Unguent.

I'd say that W/R, R/W and E/W are the classic Pre combos. But in Pre pretty much any combination can work.

So I think you should choose your perma-Pre based on your own preferences, not on what others say. You'll probably become efficient much faster with a combo you enjoy playing that with a combo you hate but got only because others recommended it.

no one can hate Pre anymore and i love my ranger in pre. you are set up the best if ure planning on staying if you have the /bonus bows. they are max dmg and all u need is 9 in marksmanship. and now with the pre quest its too much fun

My perma-pre is a Me/R. I've always had fun playing the Mesmer profession and having a pet along helps a bunch.
